I am taking about enjoyment from inside of the self which is permanent.

Yoga is known as a group of ancient spiritual practices.
Although it has originated in INDIA few hundred years ago, it’s fragrance has been spread over entire world.
Not only Yoga has influenced the entire Indian religions, but also throughout the world
It is also closely connected to the religious beliefs and practices of the other Indian religions.
Yoga is being practiced for more than few hundred years.
Outside India, Yoga is mostly associated with the practice of asanas (postures) or as a form of exercise.
These practices made prominent influence on improving health and fitness and to reaching Moksha.

We all might have observed that, the moment one takes birth, as a first activity, he or she inhales and cry….after years, the same person, as a last activity, exhales and makes other cry.
In between inhale and exhale process continues…means a person is alive.
Generally, we never concentrate on our breath. We totally forget about it.

If we want to have the perfection on correlation between our thinking and our action/doing, we must practice breathing exercise.
Concentrating on breath, and practicing every day for few minutes will flushes out all impurities in our body.
It gives us joy, peace, harmony and enormous strength from inside.

The activities of Yoga will make our minds free, active and fresh - thus helps in thinking smartly.
You know, our body has the capacity to heal most of the diseases by it’s own.
To glorify this, one has to practice Yoga without fail.
