The funny thing i have observed is, almost all smokers say: ‘I want to quit smoking’.
But, they hardly implement it. Even i have noticed that, some smoke cigarettes for time-pass and some smoke because they got addicted to it. What ever may be the cause, it is very dangerous as we all know.
Smoking causes lot of Life Threatening Diseases like lung cancer and heart diseases. Not only you will be the suferer being a active smoker, the passive smokers also face this dangerous problems. You must stop smoking. But how?
The fact is that, You only can help yourself to get rid of smoking. If you have determination to quit smoking, need less to say that you will quit.
I wish to suggest one and only tip to stop smoking for your well being.
Of course, it is not difficult. All you need to do is, decrease the # of cigarettes you smoke per day gradually. When ever you feel like smoking, drink water which is another good habit you can start implementing.
