It will be cool if you know how to run your car on water. If you are aware of some recent news or rumors, you might heard that someone has actually managed to modify a car to run on water. Even though the car still relies on gasoline, the extra power produced from water increases the car mileage tremendously. How can we modify our car to run on water? Here are some basic ideas I have gotten after some researches.

Firstly, water can be converted into 2 types of flammable gas - Hydrogen gas and Oxyhydrogen gas using electrolysis. Therefore, if we are able to use certain power to convert water into such gases, then we will be able to produce some gas fuel ourselves. Notice that this process obeys the Law of Conservation of Energy. What we are doing here is to convert electricity (an energy) to chemical energy.

So, one of the source of electricity in a car is the car battery. Therefore, you will be required to know how to exactly use the car battery to electrolyze the water to convert into either Hydrogen gas or Oxyhydrogen gas. After that, you will have to channel this gas into your gas tank to mix with the gasoline. By doing so, virtually, you are converting water into fuel, using water as an alternative fuel for car and make your car run on water.

Practically, this method is indeed possible and there have been video evidences in the Internet. However to make a car run on water, you will need professional guidance or at least an experienced mechanics to modify your car to run on water.
